The Fountain: July 2026

So many events are happening at the library in July! We will be CLOSED on Saturday, July 4th for the holiday. We will reopen on Monday, July 6th @ 9am. July 31st from 10am- noon the library is hosting an “End of Summer Reading Program” Party where we will have face painting and dino craft stations throughout all day. An ice cream truck will be here with free ice cream from 10am-11am. Registration is not required! Mark Solomon will be at the library on Wednesday, August 12th @ 10 am to answer all of your Medicare questions! No registration is required for this program. Our Adult Craft for the month of July will be String Art! Call the library to register for this craft on July 21st @ 3:30. A paint afternoon for the whole family is at your library on July 11th @ 11am.Call to register! Time travel back to the American Revolution with Time Traveler’s Children’s Theatre. Join in on interactive fun, history and science experiments. 

Thanks to the Missouri State Library for allowing us to check out the LEGO EDUCATION Spike Prime set! Children ages 10-14 will learn building block style code to make robots move. Registration is required for July 9th @ 3:30PM. Two trivias are coming up soon! Senior trivia will be held on July 16th at 2pm and USA trivia on July 18th at 11am.
